Hi!I’m Vlad

Designer with wide range of experience from my first project that was an app for food lovers in my home country to working at biggest independent bank in CIS. From re-building my own portfolio 10 times a year to making a website for a company that was selling septic tanks (the domain was literally nicepooping.by).

I started my design journey on summer break 2018, went to design courses and thought that this thing fits me. From that point forward I’ve been lucky to work with great people in startups, corporations on local and international level. 8 years and 3 months later I'm still here and I love what I do.

Here i need to tell you more about my skills which are product design, teamwork and coming up with visionary ideas in my dreams. Its not a joke about dreams, Geolava was the last project that i dreamt for. It helps me create non traditional interactions to make interface stand out and feel memorable.

My mind is like a spider web growing all over the place, wider and wider ever day. Usually I attracted by new things that can extend my skills or do something that I was thinking about some time before. Spider weaving his web describes my design work and my interests outside of design very well. I'm interested in different aspect of creativity like coding, animations, graphic design digital and physical.

    Emotions are the only thing that we remember from experience, and my goal is to create them.

    Through my design carrier I try to share my knowledge and experience with others, first it was teenage students and now other designers.

I spent multiple years teaching teenagers design, seeing how they go from 0 to tangible results, with which they are happy was one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Some of them were only 14 while studying and now a full grown designers that are much cooler than me 🥹.

After I retired from teaching teenagers I moved to helping entry level designers find jobs, grow through understanding of their own values in work. Now I’m sharing my knowledge mostly inside my workspace.

In 2024 I joined Hello Robo, where I help companies shape future of humanity. Sounds cool, right? Because it is, we create systems for robotics, ai and other new tech companies on the frontier of innovation.
